The Story Behind the Book

Through the Eyes of Henley began as a private series of adventures I wrote for my children when they were young. As a father traveling for work, I needed a way to stay connected with them while I was away. I never had any intention of publishing these stories or letting other eyes see them — they were just for us.

Years later, my daughter looked at me and said, “Exactly. That’s why you need to publish them, so the world can experience what we did.”
